The Resourcing Hub



The Resourcing Hub is an IT resourcer specialising in travel and aviation personnel. The Twickenham-based agency is run by two committed entrepreneurs, Antony Enright and Byron Calmonson, who have been supplying contract and permanent staff to UK travel companies for 20 years. 


A new name and identity was required to replace the previous @ITS name, to create better impact in the target sectors. After selecting the name, the agency came to Dowie to develop an engaging identity which had to be approachable, friendly and better reflecting of the two lead personalities.


Several design proposals were considered but the final choice - a lower case application of the minimal quon typeface on a palette of soft moving earthy colours - has given The Resourcing Hub an accessible brand profile which is engaging target stakeholders. The website has purposefully featured Antony and Byron prominently as it is these two people that are known widely in the IT travel industry,


The brand launch project involved a change of name postcard mailing followed by an html email sent to over 6,000 clients and candidates, demonstrating an open/click through rate of over 26% (industry average is 17%). The re-brand is in its infancy but engagement on social media and the new website is promising.
