Rob Dowie

After designing at Banks & Miles (CRE, NERC, BT, Post Office, Consumers' Association and Which? Magazine), then Storehouse Design Group (Habitat, Mothercare, Richard Shops, BHS, Conran Shop) and Michael Peters Design Group, Rob worked freelance in-agency at Kennedy Braley Cowan in Piccadilly (Lloyds Bank, American Express, Cornhill Insurance, TSB, Esso and BA Systems amongst many others), and subsequently at Lonsdale Advertising.

He began his design consultancy in 1992 by rebranding George Wimpey plc, and working closely with many others including Which? publications and Consumers' Association, Portuguese conglomerate Sonaé Investimentos, Habitat/Mothercare Group, Anglian Water and The Marine Stewardship Council.

Current clients continue to encompass a broad industry profile, from the leading-edge photonic technologists at Heraeus Noblelight in Cambridge Science Park, through product branding of Maynard House prestige Suffolk Apple Juices, to leading Private Client Insurance Brokers, Castleacre, land agents Land Partners, Prestige and Vintage care storage company Historit, plus a number of leading Independent schools such as Haileybury, The Leys and St. Faiths in Cambridge, King Edward's and Barrow Hills in Surrey, Feltonfleet and Lochinver House.

Projects often involve either rebranding or a branding upgrade, the design and production of keystone marketing materials, and the provision of high-standard day to day materials as part of an ongoing, swift, reliable and trusted service. High quality typography is a speciality.
