Land Partners were a start up company in 2011.
Based near Colchester, they provide land agent, agrarian, and financial expertise to farmers and land owners across East Anglia.
Dowie worked with the three partners, Simon Dixon Smith, Belinda Young and Michael Chapman to originate the distinctive name and secured its copyright and registration, as well as securing its URL.
In designing the brand identity, one consideration was that the logo should lend itself to being used on a property sale board. The chosen route symbolised land use with colours representing greenfield, arable and development, created by two 'L' shapes, (one inverted) separating the coloured areas. A highlight and shadow was added to lend depth to the shape, making it stand forward of its background.
