Ivett & Reed is one of Cambridge's longest established stone masons, providing prestige fireplaces, marble kitchen worktops, stone floors and memorials. Entering their 120th year in 2016, the company decided to take a look at how customers perceive their services, from the 'outside' in.
Having worked with Ivett & Reed in the past, (evolving their current logo and strapline 'quality set in stone'), Dowie was retained to undertake stakeholder research which was completed in December and comprised interviews with different customer types, including architects, interior designers, builders and retail customers. All participants were entered into a draw to win a Christmas Hamper to thank them for their insights and, shortly before Christmas, Stephen Kay was announced the lucky winner!
The research findings will form a scaffolding for marketing plans for 2016.
